... but it will always be a fight with yourself! Since it's your ego that's "labelling" every impulse (wrong/right; wanted/unwanted; ...) and it's also your ego that -if necessary- "uses" will power to fight those impulses.
Alternative?? Just watch yourself, laugh with your desperate but silly need to choose between "to do or not to do" (unless it's a matter of life and death) and wait until you KNOW... :-)
