Фортепиано – струнно-ударный инструмент. В переводе с итальянского языка означает громкий и тихий (Forte, Piano). Именно для этого инструмента Прокофьев, Лист, Шуман писали свои бессмертные произведения. Но проходят времена, год идет за годом, меняется мода, но что всегда остается – это музыка. Ближе к концу двадцатого столетия технологии позволили создавать совершенно иное звучание, можно было писать совершенно другую музыку. И те творения, которые заслужили всенародную любовь, впоследствии стали называть современной классикой. И это понятие сейчас может подменить или объединить воедино (каждый решит для себя сам) Максэнс Сирэн (Maxence Cyrin), что представляет из себя современная классика. Автор интересной и во многом инновационной работы родился в приграничном со Швейцарией городке Безансон и с раннего детства принялся изучать классическую музыку в одной из музыкальных академий. И судя по всему не зря, так как классическое образование послужило для него очень крепким фундаментом для его будущих музыкальных экспериментов. Юность Максэнса преподнесла свои сюрпризы. Когда в его жизнь вкатилась техно музыка и такое стихийное явления как рейв, ему ничего не оставалось делать, как присоединится к этому танцевальному движению, и на тот период приходятся его первые работы в жанре техно под псевдонимами Brain in a Box и Max Da Fly. В своей жизни Максэнс несколько раз менял путь, ведущий то в ночной клуб, то в консерваторию, но, несомненно он всегда испытывал любовь сразу к двум направлениям, электронной и классической музыке. Да и наверно назвать его просто сухим словом музыкант нельзя, так как являясь личностью творческой, Максэнс впитывал в себя очень многие течения мировой культуры. Ведь благодаря именно широкому кругозору и профессионализму на свет появилась черная коробочка с надписью “Modern Rhapsodies”. Лейбл Лорана Гарнье (Laurent Garnier) F-Communication первым предал такого рода релизу полноценную форму. Попытку надеть на свои композиции фортепьянный фрак пробовала также всем известная группа Radiohead, но это уже немного другая история. Многие еще наверно помнят небезызвестный микс от Agoria под названием “Cute & Cult”, где люксембургский подданный Франческо Тристано (Francesco Tristano) довольно виртуозно переиграл классический трек от Деррика Мэя (Darrick May) “Strings of Life”. Ну а самые пытливые меломаны могли слышать электронно-фортепьянный проект Aufgang, всё от того же Франческо Тристано. Но, впрочем, извините, речь пойдет не о них, а об очень интересной и во многом новаторской работе Максенса Сирэна (Maxence Cyrin), которому не просто удалось переиграть известные хиты, переиграть многими любимые мелодии известных электронных коллективов, а перенести их из электронного измерения в наш мир, и сбросить тем самым синтетические наряды которые порой словно слегка прикрывали красоту композиций. Импровизируя и подбирая музыкальную гамму, Максэнс не забыл сохранить первоначальную атмосферу даже в тех работах, в основе которых царствовал монотонный ритм и замысловатые электронные звуковые узоры, и с какой-то непринужденностью выделил тем самым главные мелодические темы хоть и под несколько другим углом, но все также узнаваемо. Его туше можно ощутить на слух и представить картину как он передает своими руками не только силу и долготу нажатия на клавиши, но чувства и эмоции музыкальному инструменту. Изначально может показаться, что эта работа выглядит как нелепая шутка, натыкаясь на размышления что-то вроде, как можно внедрить техно в современную классическую музыку. Но при ближайшем рассмотрении осознаешь, выглядит все это не как ширпотреб и лукавство автора перед любителями электронной музыки, а как очень серьёзная, с глубоким смыслом, стильная и изысканная работа в которой присутствует прикосновение магии, начиная её ощущать даже через картонную коробочку компакт диска. Да и сам Лоран Гарнье не простит себе выпуск в свет «серых» работ. Складывается впечатление, что этот диск писался специально для одного человека, так как вдвоем слушать этот диск, скорее всего не получится и воспринимать как фон тоже, для него надо иметь особое настроение и иметь понимание, что ты слушаешь. Такая музыка очень сложно продается, так как количество твердолобых растет в геометрической прогрессии, а меломаны похоже прекратили появляться на этот свет. Многие не слышали той самой музыки в оригинале, которая представлена на диске и им это будет не интересно. Ретрограды или любители классической музыки скажут «как беспомощно и сухо звучит фортепиано, когда оно обыгрывает техно музыку» и тоже окажутся не правы, поскольку среди всей кучи сами знаете чего это очень качественный продукт, который с нестабильной периодичностью будет браться в руки.
